A 15,000 sq ft Business Village planned for the Smithfield site will provide long needed modern office space for local businesses, many of whom are currently forced to accommodate their staff in several different properties around the town centre.
With its own dedicated parking and proposed shuttle bus service into the town centre, the Business Village concept has already attracted substantial interest from several local businesses in and around Oswestry.
A further 6,000 sq ft has been earmarked by a national Dental Clinic practice. This will also add to the estimated 800 new jobs the Smithfield Regeneration scheme will provide.
